Siyakhula Diensbilikheid en Diversiteit sessies
Uitnodiging om deel te neem aan Siyakhula Diensbilikheid en Diversiteit sessies. 

“Siyakhula" beteken “ons groei" in Xhosa. Die Afdeling Menslike Hulpbronne se Program vir Diensbillikheid- en Diversiteitsvermoëbou beoog om personeellede toe te rus om billikheidstrategieë, inklusiwiteit en personeelwelstand te modelleer, te rig en te ondersteun. Die programinhoud en -fasiliteringsmetodes word in vennootskap met die Eenheid vir Gelykwaardigheid, die Transformasiekantoor en die Eenheid vir Gestremdhede ontwikkel en bygewerk.

Personeel het ons versoek om sentrale sessies te organiseer en ons het nou 'n  skedule beskikbaar gemaak vir alle personeel om by aan te sluit. Daar is 43 beskikbare geleenthede gelys:

Bevestig asseblief bywoning 'n week voor die tyd en let daarop dat alle personeel insluitend kontrak, affiliate en interns welkom is om deel te neem. 

Ons bied ook 'n omvattende 3 dag pakket aan bekend as “Siyakhula Embracing the new Normal" wat baie van die temas in meer diepte verken. Personeel kan via Sun-e-HR inskryf onder die die kategorie “Employment Equity and Diversity Capacity Development"
