Calling all ambitious University of Stellebosch students and graduates! Secure a 70% scholarship to study at the prestigious State University of New York (SUNY) system and gain a competitive edge. Applications are open until **June 09th**.

IBS Americas is excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for scholarships at New York! The partial scholarships are designed to empower talented and ambitious individuals seeking to boost their resume and skills in high-demand areas like Marketing, Finance, Management, or sharpen your Business English proficiency. We are committed to fostering a global perspective and enriching your educational journey through an international experience at SUNY.

How to apply

  1. Access the State University of New York program page, select your preferred course, click 'Learn More' and then 'Apply for a Scholarship’.
  2. Use tje code UNIA.SCHOLARSHIP.70 for the exclusive 70% scholarship.
  3. After reviewing your application, the Scholarship Advisor will contact you to ensure that all required documents are sent.
  4. Scholarship recipients will be notified within 5 business days

Registration to participate in the selection process is free and 100% online.

Requirements - to apply you must (by the time you travel):

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a current undergraduate or recently graduated
  • Have completed at least the 4th semester of your degree by the month of travel (applications are open regardless of your current semester)
  • Possess at least an intermediate level of English proficiency (except for the Business English course)

You can choose one of the following courses:

  • Marketing & Value Management
  • Business Sustainability for Leaders
  • Competitive Project Management
  • Corporate Financial Management
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Business English

Programs features:

  • Classes entirely in English.
  • Short-term programs fit easily into your schedule: 3 weeks in January or July.

EMS students RHODES SCHOLARSHIPS FOR SOUTHERN AFRICA, 2025 Do you have what it takes to be a Rhodes Scholar?

The Rhodes Scholarships are targeted at young South Africans, aged 19-24 years (with a special accommodation made for MBChB/MBBCh graduates) who are academically talented, display proven leadership skills and have a commitment to making a difference in their own community and beyond. The scholarship funds postgraduate degrees (Master’s and doctoral degrees) at Oxford University. These scholarships are fully funded for two years of study, and are inclusive (race, gender, religious affiliation, course of study, and financial need are not criteria for the Rhodes Scholarship.

All students, staff and the public Department of Modern Foreign Languages

In collaboration with the Stellenbosch University International (part of GEP courses- Global Education Programmes), the Department of Modern Foreign Languages offers beginners' evening classes in French, German, Spanish and Chinese. The introduction of Arabic language evening course is also being planned. The courses take place during the semester and are intended for those who have very little or no knowledge of the language.
