The focus of Industrial Psychology is the optimal development and utilisation of human resources in the work situation. We focus on training students for a career in the management of human resources in organisations.

This unique department offers both quantitative and qualitative courses. These equip students to apply management, economic, analytical and mathematical skills in a wide range of industries, such as retail/e-commerce, banking, transport planning, consulting and logistics.​
