Research Focus: I mainly focus on the metabolic functions of Ataxia Telagiectasia Mutated protein kinase within the context of cardiovascular disease and mitochondrial dysfunction.

Research Focus: My research investigates the effects of an obesogenic feeding regime on metabolism and adipose tissue biology in a DIO rat model and whether dietary supplementation with a green Rooibos extract may have ameliorating effects under these conditions.
