10 Step guide to applying
- Visit
www.maties.com
- Click on
"apply online" in the top menu of links and read the instructions.
- Click on
"undergraduate programme." Click "no" to the 3 questions
and proceed.
- Register as an
applicant and check your 'inbox' for the e-mail with your student number,
password and a URL link.
- Click on the URL
link and log in to complete the application.
- Select a first
choice within the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. Then select a
program from another faculty as a second choice. Complete and/or verify all
required information.
- Print the
- non-academic
merit form
- medical report
and visitation forms (only applicable to B in Occupational Therapy, BSc in
Dietetics, BSc in Physiotherapy and B in Speech-Language and Hearing Therapy
applicants)
- "your
responsibilities agreement"”
- and finalise
the application.
- Fax/e-mail the
-
responsibilities agreement, signed by you and parent/guardian
- grade 11 final
report / National Senior Certificate (applicable to learners who have completed
school).
- proof of
payment of application fee
- completed
non-academic merit form stamped by school principal (do not send other
documents such as CVs, testimonials and/or certificates).
- Get confirmation
of your completed application via sms and email with a new password that
provides access to www.maties.com where you can continuously monitor the status
of your application.
- Go to
www.nbt.ac.za and book to write the National Benchmark Tests (NBTs) before end
of July.
