Women's Forum

Since 2015, the Women's Forum has been re-established on the Tygerberg Campus. This branch of the Forum has 100 members who strive to create equity for women in academia and administration in terms of working conditions, and representation at all levels of employment. A Lactation Room has been established  and we hope to develop a Child Care Centre on campus soon. An Annual Seminar is held in August each year to celebrate Women's Day and contribute to women less fortunate than us. In 2017, over 100 care packs were donated to the Saartjie Baartjie Centre.
