​The Foundations in Leadership Programme (FOUNDATIONS!) aims to introduce participants to the concept and foundational elements of leadership, as it has developed over time. The programme focuses on the personal growth and development of participants as leaders globally, nationally and locally (within their context). The course focuses on defining leadership by unpacking it through the various leadership theories and furthermore guides participants through identifying their own leadership styles and finally, develop their own leadership timeline.
