​The Equality Unit implements Stellenbosch University’s (SU) policies on unfair discrimination and harassment and on HIV/Aids, and is committed to dealing with social injustice.

OUR SERVICES

​The Equality Unit offers various services and support to University staff and students. We facilitate the lodging of formal and informal complaints of unfair discrimination, harassment and abuse.

​WORK SESSIONS​ & TRAINING

​The Equality Unit is mandated by SU to create awareness and tackle issues of gender-based and gender non-violence, HIV/Aids, LGBTQIA+ and sexualities.

ANNUAL REPORTS, POLICIES & RESOURCES​

​The Equality Unit is guided by SU policies and codes of conduct. The Unit has made several resource documents available, should you need additional information.​
