​The African Dynamics Programme is a leadership exploration and development programme, focusing on themes such as Democracy, Justice, Human Rights and Social Responsibility through an African lens. The programme consists of two phases, firstly, a series of lectures unpacking the development of justice in Africa, and specifically South Africa, through a human rights lens, as well as the theory behind active citizenship. The second phase takes participants on an experiential learning journey, where participants visit organisations such as the District 6 Museum, the Institute for Justice and Reconciliation as well as Equal Education, to understand the practice and manifestation of justice and active citizenship.
