FVZS: FACILITATIVE LEADERSHIP

This course will be presented in hybrid format and applications are open to all students.​​

The Facilitative Leadership short course introduces participants to the concept and act of facilitation as it has progressed over time. During the course, participants will explore facilitation as a process of learning and the theoretical underpinnings and manifestation(s) thereof. The course offers participants practical exposure to facilitation whilst equipping them with the necessary skills, such as active listening, critical thinking, people management and emotional intelligence, among others, to facilitate a wide range of conversations.

Cost: R625 for citizens of African countries; R1875 for other nationals – payable in cash or on your student account.
