The African Leadership Development Programme (ALDP) is an online short course offered through Stellenbosch University. The aim is to provide participants with an opportunity to explore African identity and leadership through an Afrocentric lens, over an engaging and innovative online platform. The course is focused on unpacking and critically reflecting upon the past, present and future of African leadership offering participants an opportunity to co-create and envision a future for African leadership with fellow Africans.
