Applications for this course are open to members of the public.

JustLead! aims to develop the leadership competency and capacity of young leaders across South Africa. The course is founded on three core pillars: personal leadership development, contextual awareness and social responsiveness. The programme will provide participants with rich insights into a variety of social justice challenges, with an emphasis on designing community engagement which is thoughtful and responsive. 

Short course structure:

NQF Level 6
Open to all
7 x weekly online seminars between 6 March and 29 April 2019.
Regional induction programme: 22-24 February 2019.
Residence programme in Stellenbosch: 29-31 March 2019.

The course aims to enable participants to develop as leaders to connect the reality of the current South Africa to a vision of a “just” South Africa, network with other leaders across South Africa and design a proposal for a practical community engagement project. The course challenges participants to take a critical look at how they can enact change within their communities.
