Analytical Pharmacology Laboratory

The analytical pharmacology laboratory plays a significant role in research and bioanalysis to determine the pharmacokinetics of drugs in patient samples by accurate determination of their concentrations in blood, urine or other biological matrices.

The focus of bioanalysis for academic research and for industry is to provide a quantitative measure of drugs and their metabolites for the purpose of pharmacokinetic, bioequivalence, metabolism and exposure-response (pharmacokinetic / pharmacodynamics) studies, as well as detection and quantitation of biomarkers for pre-clinical and clinical research.

Small and larger molecules can be analyzed using advanced analytical techniques and methods.

Our laboratories are experienced in method development, validation and small molecule bioanalysis using a broad array of analytical techniques and state-of-the-art laboratory instrumentation.

We follow current good laboratory practices in terms of analytical and product development services.

Available analytical techniques include high-performance liquid chromatography, size exclusion chromatography and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS).
