When SU staff are exposed to their peers abroad, it gives them a chance to assess and align their standard of work with global best practices. It also promotes internationalization at SU. For this reason, SU International offers mobility grants to roughly 50 SU staff (both academic and support staff) every year to visit their counterparts at partner institutions.
