Internationalisation at Home has been defined as “…the purposeful integration of international and intercultural dimensions into the formal and informal curriculum for all students within domestic learning environments" (Beelen & Jones, 2015).

With this in mind, SU International would like to extend this purposeful integration of international and intercultural dimensions also into the PASS Staff environments at SU by providing opportunities for SU PASS staff from all campuses to attend Staff Training Weeks hosted by SUI on Central Campus.

These Staff Training weeks are typically attending by other Erasmus+ partner institutions and includes interactive engagement and discussion about a relevant topic as well as job-shadowing opportunities. SU staff have an opportunity to engage with international counterparts on campus and to develop their professional skills as well as to allow for personal development.
