This year from 4-7 October, Stellenbosch University will provide a four-day programme on the topic of
Inclusive International Competences.
The theme addresses in detail the topics of inter-cultural skills and inclusion and aims to provoke a joint discussion on internationalization within diverse university fields. The topics are introduced alongside best-practice examples from Stellenbosch University, which will be explored in joint discussions.
The thematic workshop will be continued through joint virtual meetings to encourage and include broader participation by the individual participating institutions. Participants will be made up of equal numbers of members from Northwestern University, Stellenbosch University, and Universität Hamburg. This call for applications is directed at staff members within the faculties and central administrations whose daily work involves working across cultures. A willingness to actively participate is required.
