The International Food Evening is one of our signature events. Each semester, international students get the opportunity to showcase their culinary skills and give local students, staff and residents a taste of their home countries. Also featuring live music, the event is great fun. Do join us and taste the world!
On the 13 March 2024 Stellenbosch University
International will host its bi-annual International Food Evening (IFE).
So you probably wondering how this works?
- Well you as an SU student register your group.
- Once registered you will buy the groceries to the value of R1500 rand. You will use these groceries for your ingredients for the cooking. Which SUI will reimburse once your group has returned the receipts of your purchases.
- On the evening on the event your group will sell small portions of your food to the people in attendance at the food evening.
