Vouch4US project

The Vouch4US is a Pick 'n Pay/Checkers voucher project meant to assist students who are in dire need.  Students from both Stellenbosch and Tygerberg Campus have benefited from this project. We have donated a maximum of R500 worth of Pick 'n Pay/Checkers vouchers to each student who was in need in the past

The SU campus social worker receives requests for assistance on a daily basis.  Most of these students do not have financial aid for the current academic year.

We challenge all staff, including the Rector and top management, as well as fellow Maties, to donate a R50 Pick 'n Pay voucher/Checkers or to make a donation into the Stellenbosch University bank account in order assist students. The voucher system offers a dignified option for students in need and communicates the important message that our staff and fellow Maties value the potential of Maties with financial concerns. Please consider supporting this great project on an on-going basis.
