The School uses a system of class representatives as communication channel between students and lecturers/the School. Each year two class representatives are selected for each year of study.
The class representatives, in conjunction with the class, are responsible for discussing all matters regarding the course with either the relevant lecturer or designated independent lecturer in a timely manner. The class representatives meet with the independent lecturer on a regular basis (at least after the completion of a test series) to discuss the progress with the respective course programs and/any possible difficulties.
If students are unwilling to use the abovementioned communication channels, they must approach the relevant lecturer, independent lecturer or Director of the School directly.
Such matters must directly be communicated to the School of Accountancy (by reporting it to the class representatives). Reporting directly to the Dean or Vice Dean (Education) serves no purposes, since the matter will first be referred back to the School.
Students are requested to utilise abovementioned communication channels without hesitation.
