Stellenbosch
University (SU) is revising its current Admissions Policy. A Task Team has
compiled a new draft Admissions Policy with the aim to provide for the admission
of a diverse student body with the potential to succeed. It also aims to
maintain and promote academic excellence through diversity.
The draft policy, as
well as a legal opinion on the legal principles governing the compilation of an
admissions policy, is available here.

The final submission
date is 31 October 2016 and unfortunately no late submissions can be considered.
The Task Team will
give due consideration to all submissions, but it may not be possible to
include all recommendations in the second draft of the policy.
