Friday night sees a premium selection of koshuis rugby on offer as the Danie Craven stadium plays host to no less than four finals.
The Steinhoff fourth, third and second league finals will take place between 17:00 and 20:00 with the Steinhoff Sauer Cup final scheduled for 20:15.
Steinhoff Huis Marais, who finished the season as frontrunners, will face the white-hot Steinhoff Helderberg in what promises to be an epic contest.
Huis Marais won their first title back in 1950, and have since collected a total of 11 titles. Their most recent victories were in 2002, 2003 and 2006 and they played in the final against Steinhoff Dagbreek last year.
Helderberg last featured in the final in 2011 when future Varsity Cup winger Mike Muller scored a consolation try in their 20-8 defeat to Dagbreek. Their last victory was in 2000, and they also lifted the trophy in 1960 and 1973.
Huis Marais and Helderberg met in their regular season clash on Monday 18 July and it was Helderberg who triumphed with 10-0. The men from the Republic would dearly love a repeat of that score line while Huis Marais would have definitively learned their lesson in last year's final.
Steinhoff Huis Marais have produced three Springbok captains in Avril Malan, Abe Malan and Hannes Marais. Old boy Eneill Buitendag is a Namibian International and played at the 2015 RWC.
Current Junior Maties coach Christoff Lötter is a former resident of Helderberg and another well-known Helderberg old-boy is former Stormers and WP captain Deon Fourie.
