Is Maties the best place for you to study? Well, go on, find out!

Visit the campus. Feel the vibe. Meet the people. Discover the attractions, the traditions and the lifestyle. Get clued up about how to apply, the admission criteria, the financial help available and a whole brainful of other information.

If you are considering applying for undergraduate admission to Stellenbosch University, it will be our pleasure to have you (and your family) on campus .

We are the Centre for Student Recruitment (CSR) and we're here to help you feel welcome.

Choose one of these two options:

1.  Individual visit

An CSR advisor will lead your information session. The session will be structured to give you an overview of Stellenbosch University's application process, admission criteria, financial aid system and student life. Parents and prospective students attend together and are encouraged to ask questions.

When making your booking, please let us know whether you'd like to take the campus tour. The tour kicks in straight after your info session. Current Stellenbosch University students guide prospective students and their parents around to the main attractions, providing insight into a student's perspective on campus life.

No tours are held over weekends.

Optional extra: Should you wish to visit a residence, this tour only takes place on a Friday at 12:30. You can also book to experience lunch in a residence at a cost of R40 per person. Bookings for lunch in a residence should be made 3 days in advance.

2.  Group visit

We welcome school groups to campus. Booking is essential, all group visits must be arranged at least 2 weeks in advance.

An CSR advisor will lead your information session. The session will be structured to give learners and teachers an overview of Stellenbosch University's application process, admission criteria, financial aid system and student life, and will be followed by a short campus tour, guided by a current SU student, visiting the main attractions of SU's campus to give learners and teachers a current student's perspective of life here. We can also include faculty specific visits and faculty information sessions to your group visit.
