The power of music as a platform for social change is undeniable and in this session, it will be used as a medium through which gender and sexuality norms and stereotypes are reinforced. The aim of the session is to explore music from various decades to discuss the portrayal of gendered norms and how these images and lyrics influence our own perceptions.
