​We have lift-off. The SUNFin team has reached a critical milestone in the project: the cutover and deployment phase. In the meantime the training team started online training, which will be followed by classroom-style training sessions over the next few week. 

Our implementation partner, Visions, is currently preparing Oracle Cloud Financials (OCF) based on our specifications. The integration team ensures that our systems are ready to plug into the new environment. In parallel, our business team uploads the relevant data and transactions from Terra Term to OCF.
 
During this crucial period, specific business processes, transactions, and underlying systems may, for short periods, not be available. This ensures we make a clean cutover from the old to the new environment. The SUNFin team will ensure that data upload and sequential switching over to OCF will follow a phased approach to ensure minimal disruption to SU's financial processes. There will, however, be short periods of downtime.
