Lucas takes great pride in his day-to-day duties and interaction with staff and students. Many times, he is either at work early or stays late to accommodate students or staff. Besides his big smile, warm personality, and sincerity, Lucas does not think twice when faced with a student or staff member requiring assistance after hours.

Lucas never gets tired of learning something new. He wants to make sure they receive and understand everything. The same applies to any task he wants to complete – the sooner, the better.

He is like a sponge, ready to absorb as much as possible. He shares his knowledge with all. He works with great patience and builds excellent relationships with everyone who crosses his path. We're very proud and privileged to share an office with him.
