What you’ll learn:

The Masterclass will set the agenda for the development of a City Transformation Leadership Framework. Based on a synthesis of five Industrial Psychology master’s theses, key leadership roles (directors, school principals, entrepreneurs, city mayors, and farmers) and their competencies are highlighted. It will be explored how these and other key leadership roles can be mapped onto strategic city outcomes, vital for sustainable development. Participants will learn about a more integrated approach to leadership development and how stronger partnerships between various stakeholders (public, private, and community) can advance socio-economic development through city transformation.
