Staff members who require parking in 2020 can apply from 16 October 2019 to 8 November 2019. This applies to staff on the Stellenbosch, Tygerberg and Bellville Park campuses with designated parking, as well as new applicants.
Ad hoc and temporary staff can now also apply electronically for parking. Companies or institutions with office space at the SU, should also apply before the closing date.
Your current designated parking will remain in place until 31 December 2019, after which the new allocation will be valid from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020.
If your electronic application has been successfully submitted, you will be notified by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail notification, the application was not submitted successfully and you will have to repeat the process.
To apply, visit the SU homepage www.sun.ac.za/english >Click Staff> Resources and scroll down the page to <2020> Parking Applications. Go to Parking (under the picture) and then click Applications & Changes> For staff.
