Please join us at a public lecture presented by Professor Kenneth Shropshire, David W. Hauck Professor Emeritus at the Wharton School & Africana Studies, University of Pennsylvania.

Professor Shropshire will be in conversation with Professor Stan Du Plessis, (Chief Operating Officer, Stellenbosch University) focusing on race, gender and other equity issues impacting sport. The conversation will cover all levels of sport, including professional, college, Olympic and youth levels. It will also focus on his involvement with sport in South Africa before, during and after the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
