​The Registrar, Dr Ronel Retief, and some members of the SUNStudent Project Team will be hosting an online ‘town hall meeting’ (one session) this coming Friday to discuss the upcoming registration period for the 2024 intake after the all-systems-go decision for going live. The meeting is open to all staff members. The second session is scheduled for 10 November.

Registration affects most University environments and many staff members may be affected to some degree by the switch over from the Legacy student information system to the modern, cloud-based software. The project team will be sharing feedback from the user-acceptance testing and training for the registration-related capabilities, and tell you about their operational readiness count-down. This is your opportunity to engage with the project team and to raise your questions and concerns.​
