Education and Training for Chartered Management Accountants
The internationally recognised qualification of Chartered Management Accountant is obtained by passing the examination set by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in London.
Our modules for the BComHons (Management Accounting) comply with the CIMA requirements. Students who have obtained this BComHons after completing a BCom (Management Accounting) degree at Stellenbosch University are currently exempted from at least nine of CIMA's fourteen examinations (at CIMA's discretion).
The MCom (Management Accounting) and MAcc (Management Accounting) programmes only permits a limited number of students.
