As such the Department of Industrial Psychology has undertaken efforts to provide Interns with exposure, skills training, and competency development in the key areas, through arranging workshops and skills training sessions to develop their competencies in the identified key areas, this initiative is referred to as the professional development programme (PDP) short course.
