Current Integrated Pest Management (IPM) research at Department of Conservation Ecology and Entomology (ConsEnt) is focused on arthropod pest management in deciduous fruits, citrus and sugarcane (with scope for expansion into other crops), investigating alternate pest-specific methods of control, with reduced synthetic pesticide inputs.
