​SU Vision and Strategy Process: ​Next Steps and Timeline​​​​​​​​​

• ​July 2018 – June 2019: ​Phase 2, Strategy Uptake, will commence. The Strategic Framework 2019–2024 is operationalised by means of defining context specific objectives. This implies interaction with faculties and other environments in order to create alignment between the strategic framework and environment plans.

• July 2018 – June 2020: Phase 3, Strategy Alignment, will take place. Closing the gap between planning and formulation of strategy and strategy execution and alignment by means of policies, structures and processes.
