Please note: The Draft Rules are available in hard copies and can be obtained from libraries (Cloetesville, Idas Valley and Stellenbosch Central), high schools (Lückhoff, Cloetesville, Kayamandi, Stellenzicht, and Stellenbosch) and at the Old Lückhoff School in Banhoek Road. Hard copy comments should be dropped in the boxes at the venues from which documents were obtained.
