Postgraduate Support Programme

The Postgraduate Office (PGO), in partnership with the Harry Crossley Foundation, presents this series of wrap-around support workshops for postgraduate students

Welcome to Stellenbosch University's postgraduate student support program! Our program offers a series of online sessions designed to assist postgraduate students in navigating the challenges they may face during their postgraduate journey and beyond.

Our schedule for 2023 includes covering a variety of topics. "Discover the Hero Within" focuses on mental health and personal mastery, providing students with the tools to connect their heads and hearts. "Navigating new pathways of work" addresses the fears postgrads face when transitioning into the workplace. "Financial Literacy" provides guidance on managing finances while pursuing postgraduate studies. "Winning at the Business of Work" assists postgrads in adapting to the new world of work and revising traditional career pathways. Finally, "Building for Greatness" offers guidelines on how future professionals can prepare for long-term, sustainable success.

Our sessions are led by experienced trainers and tailored to meet the unique needs of postgraduate students. Whether you're looking to improve your mental health, manage your finances, or prepare for the future, our program has something for everyone.

Join us on Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout 2023 for these informative and valuable sessions. We look forward to supporting you on your academic and personal journey at Stellenbosch University.
