​Aspects of my sabbatical application was lost in the process (not as a result of anything I did) and I was informed that the sabbatical was not approved and that I have not responded to enquiries about the missing documents. However, I was NEVER asked for any additional information, not even when I enquired about the outcome, twice before. I believe such applications to be routine and the process should surely be streamlined as to not expect me to add addtional information I did add in the initial application (without me knowing that the information is required!).
