​​The School for Climate Studies (SCS) at Stellenbosch University (SU) and the African Climate and Development Initiative (ACDI) at the University of Cape Town (UCT) invites you to join us for a webinar to discuss the latest Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Working Group II report “Climate Change 2022: Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability" and the implications for southern Africa.

The webinar will be chaired by Prof Bruce Hewitson (Director of the Climate System Analysis Group). The panellists are Dr Chris Trisos (ACDI, UCT), Prof Guy Midgley (SCS, SU), and Prof Mark New (ACDI, UCT). During the Q&A session, attendees can also engage with other IPCC authors from Africa, including Dr Chriss Lennard, Dr Nick Simpson and Prof Felix Kalaba.
