Although the IPB itself focuses on postgraduate training in plant biotechnology, our academic staff teach undergraduate courses in biology, plant physiology, molecular biology and biotechnology. In addition, lecturers from various departments and experts from the industry provide valued input by teaching courses and supervising postgraduate students in plant biotechnology.
Students that have completed Bio154 in their first year of BSc can proceed to choose biotechnology as major during their second and third academic years. Detailed prerequisites regarding double major BSc degrees can be found in the University's yearbook.
