The approval of examiners of PhD dissertations of those candidates who wish to graduate in March 2018, will take place at the Faculty Board Meeting on 4 August 2017. The agenda of this meeting will close on 18 July 2017. (The date of submission for these dissertations is 1 October 2017.)

As these examiners have to be approved by an ad hoc committee prior to the 18 July agenda deadline, applications for the approval of examiners should reach Ms Marie Malherbe no later than Friday, 13 July 2017.

The PhD dissertations of candidates who wish to graduate in December 2017 should reach Ms Malherbe by 8 August 2017. Dissertations submitted after this date, will stand over until the March graduation ceremony.
