The Mathematical Sciences department of Stellenbosch University is pleased to host the 65th Annual South African Mathematical Society (SAMS) Congress. The congress will take place in-person at Stellenbosch University from the 6 to 8 December 2022.
The congress will feature five plenary speakers (a mix of local and international speakers) and special sessions in the areas of Category Theory, Algebra, Topology and Logic (CATL); Differential Equations; Functional Analysis and Operator Theory (FAOT); Graph Theory and Combinatronics; Lie Symmetries and Nonlinear Differential Equations; Machine Intelligence and Learning from Experience (MILE); Numerical and Applied Mathematics (SANUM); and Women in Mathematics.
