​When creating content for our courses and/or modules in the digital learning environment (but not limited thereto), other people's creativity and knowledge, for e.g., literary, dramatic and artistic works are often used in addition to one's own work. When creativity and knowledge, that are available as an open access resource, are used, the question is often raised – what are the copyright and/or other legal implications, if any, when using these open resources?
