This is an introductory course and is aimed at anyone who has an interest in Intellectual Property (IP) Law and Competition Law. It will also deal with the basics of Unjustified Enrichment Law and selected topics in Contract Law.

The Short Course is presented by the Anton Mostert Chair of IP Law (Stellenbosch University), staff of the Faculty of Law at Stellenbosch University and leading practitioners.

This certificate programme is accredited by Stellenbosch University’s Division: Short Courses.

The short course has previously been presented in Namibia, and an IP-specific short course has, for the past 13 years, been presented in South Africa.

The course is presented in an accessible, and participative manner. Attendees will receive copies of all the slide presentations.
