Join us for 6 weeks of supervised exercise sessions to kickstart the new year feeling healthy and energized.
The program will run from 13 February until 24 March and includes the following:
- Body composition measurements (before and after)
- Nutrition consultation by Fuel Form
- 3 group training sessions per week
- Outdoor walk
- Circuit session
- High intensity interval session (indoors and outdoors)
Each session will last 30-45 minutes. You may choose to attend either the morning session at 6:30 or the afternoon session at 17:00. All session will take place at Coetzenburg.
