​​​The 2nd African Microbiome Insitute workshop and symposium will take place at Stellenbosch University from 7-9 December 2022. The African Microbiome Institute will host this event. The Local Organising Committee would like to invite you to participate in the 3 days, workshop ( 1 day) and Symposium (2 days). 

On 7 December, we will host the QIIME2 Microbiome Workshop which will cover the core concepts of QIIME2 and include a hands-on tutorial where researchers can analyze their own data. The Symposium on 8 & 9 December will showcase the latest scientific advances in microbiome and metabolome research in Africa and will be presented by leaders in the field.
