The collections mandate for the Stellenbosch University Archives is focused on the acquisition, preservation, and accessibility of permanently valuable records of Stellenbosch University.  The collections include materials relating to Stellenbosch University and its predecessors, namely Stellenbosch Gymnasium and the Victoria College.
