To be honest, this is the 1st I have noticed the ability to rate the service but it is not the 1st that the service has been excellent from both Illana & Ricardo...They are both always willing to help both telephonically and quick to respond via email with replies that are applicable to the query / concern and most effient in its achieving a resolution.

Now it was up to me to sign the docs and send them back ASAP to avoid non-payment in January.
