Centre for Cardio-metabolic Research in Africa (CARMA)
The Centre for Cardio-metabolic Research in Africa (CARMA) is hosted in the Division of Medical Physiology, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, at Stellenbosch University and aims to provide new insights into the etiology of cardiovascular pathologies with a particular focus on the South African and sub-Saharan African context.
CARMA is keen on initiating and forging collaborations with other research groups and entities that have similar research interests, nationally or internationally.
