Department of Biochemistry
What is Biochemistry?
Biochemistry is positioned at the interaction-field between chemistry and biology, moving from molecular structures via macro-molecular activity to biological function.
From applied studies in waste water treatment, potato virus spread, contraceptives, drug discovery and malaria to fundamental work in Systems Biology, and P450 function, you will find it all in our department.
