Members of the SUNFin team from finance, information technology and faculty management together with members from Visions, our implementation partner, who attended the Iteration 1 review workshops in November.
Leading the team
Manie Lombard, Chief Director: Finance, is leading the SUNFin Implementation Project and chairs the SUNFin Steering Committee.
The Steering Committee includes representatives from Finance, Information Technology, Faculty Management, Information Governance, Research & Development, Internal and External Auditors, Visions, Oracle and the SUNStudent project. The Steering Committee is supported by a project implementation management team.
Seven interdivisional work streams – business optimisation, ICT architecture, data, testing, training, change management and Visions implementation – have been established to pave the way for implementation.
