Foreign payments are made to all foreign entities or persons that do not have South African bank accounts.
All foreign payments are done in accordance with financial guidelines as determined by the South African Reserve Bank (SARB), which is applicable when SU wishes to make foreign payments.
If payment is not allowed by Reserve Bank Rules and Regulation, application has to be made to the SARB in order to get approval from them to make the payment.
